The rules that apply when you use Calibr and buy from us. Last updated [date].

1. Terms of sale

Who we are. Calibr is operated by [Company legal name], [address], Switzerland, registered under [UID/CHE number].
Who can buy. Our shop is for professional customers: watchmakers, workshops and retailers. By ordering you confirm you are buying for your business.
Prices. In Swiss francs. Swiss VAT is added for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For other destinations, import duties and VAT are calculated at checkout and included in the total.
Contract. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email.
Availability. If a part turns out to be unavailable after you order, we tell you within [two business days] and refund it in full.
Promotions. Any discount or promotion states its conditions and end date where it is offered.
Liability. We are not liable for indirect damage. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law says otherwise.
Law and courts. Swiss law applies. The courts of [Geneva] have jurisdiction.

Accepted cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Currency. All prices and charges are in Swiss francs (CHF). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee.
When you are charged. Your card is charged when you place the order.
Security. Card payments are processed by Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.
Saved cards. If you save a card, Stripe keeps it for you. You can remove it at any time under My account › Payment methods.

We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the 27 EU countries, the United Kingdom and Norway.
Deliveries outside Switzerland are sent delivered duty paid (DDP): nothing is due on delivery.
Shipping rates depend on the destination and the parcel. The exact rate and the delivery estimate are shown at checkout before you pay.

Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered.
Export restrictions. Some parts may be subject to export controls or sanctions. We only ship to the countries listed above and may cancel and refund an order we cannot legally deliver.

How to return. Write to us at [hello@calibr.ch] or through Help and support with your order number. We send you a return reference and the return address; parcels sent without a reference may be refused.
Damaged or wrong parts. Tell us within [7] days of delivery with a photo. We replace the part or refund you, and pay the return shipping.
Refunds. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within [10] business days of receiving the return.
Cancellations. You can cancel an order free of charge until it has shipped: write to us and we refund the full amount to your card. Once it has shipped, the returns policy applies.
Questions about a charge. Contact us first if you do not recognise or disagree with a charge. We answer every request within [one business day].

What we collect. Your account details, addresses, orders, the photos you upload for search and requests, and technical logs.
Why. To run your account, fulfil orders, answer requests and keep the service secure.
Who we share it with. Stripe for payments, our carrier for delivery, and our hosting providers. We never sell your data.
How long. Account data while your account is open; order records for 10 years, as Swiss law requires.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR.
Cookies. We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart.
